Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in the UAE market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships, especially within the Arabic-speaking community.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and promoting Traze’s investment solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings and ensure market relevance.
- Represent Traze at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Provide regular reports on market trends, sales performance, and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the financial services or FinTech industry.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal, is essential for this role.
- Strong understanding of investment products, trading platforms, and financial market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
