Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies for EIFS products in the UAE market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, target clients, and market segments.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
- Achieve aggressive sales targets and contribute significantly to market share growth.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate effectively with technical, marketing, and sales teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Requirements
- Extensive proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar executive role, preferably within the EIFS or construction chemicals industry.
- Deep understanding of EIFS applications, market dynamics, and customer needs in the UAE.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of success.
- Ability to operate strategically, independently, and effectively within a multicultural team.
- Demonstrated capability to manage complex projects and drive business outcomes.
