    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute strategic business development plans for the Vietnam market.

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
    • Achieve challenging sales targets and drive significant revenue growth.
    • Represent ATA Services at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
    • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in business development or a similar role, with a focus on the Vietnam market.
    • Strong understanding of business services, including office solutions, outsourcing, recruitment, or marketing.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work autonomously and as an integral part of an international team.
    • Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated history of exceeding sales objectives.
    • Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese is highly advantageous.
