Key Responsibilities

• Identify and understand the needs of the customer.
• Manage selling of products to target customer segments.
• Ensure accuracy of all bank forms and documents.
• Maintain records of sales activities and provide updates.
• Administer and ensure compliance to all sale objectives.
• Coordinate with customers to provide information and documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma.
• Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a sales/customer service role.
• Track record of successfully meeting sales quotes.
• Good knowledge of relevant computer systems such as CRM Systems and telephony systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding negotiation skills.
