Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for the APAC region to drive user growth and revenue.
• Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in media, telecom, and other relevant industries.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for Spotify’s expansion.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and legal teams to ensure successful partnership execution.
• Represent Spotify at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and foster relationships.
• Manage and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development or strategic partnerships within the APAC region, preferably in tech or media.
• Strong understanding of the digital audio and streaming landscape in Asia-Pacific markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex business development deals.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and dynamic work environment.
