Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies for the nutrition segment in the South Korean market.
  • Manage existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities to drive growth and market share.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt and refine business approaches.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute significantly to the overall profitability of the nutrition division.
  • Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and business development within the nutrition, food ingredients, or chemical industries.
  • Strong understanding of the South Korean nutrition market, including customer landscape and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Korean.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and contribute effectively within a global team.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
