Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for system improvements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and design effective system solutions.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and other core business applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to interact with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
