Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily G9 cabin crew operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, implementing interventions for under-performance.
  • Ensure effective execution of daily operations, coordinating with OCC on crew deployment.
  • Implement cabin crew performance management framework, including KPIs and benchmarks.
  • Lead service excellence initiatives to elevate onboard customer experience.
  • Manage leave approvals and implement crew engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience managing cabin crew operations.
  • Strong knowledge of cabin crew operations, airline regulations, and fatigue management principles.
  • Significant cabin crew experience in supervisory or senior purser roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications for reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
