Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily G9 cabin crew operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor individual and team performance, implementing interventions for under-performance.
- Ensure effective execution of daily operations, coordinating with OCC on crew deployment.
- Implement cabin crew performance management framework, including KPIs and benchmarks.
- Lead service excellence initiatives to elevate onboard customer experience.
- Manage leave approvals and implement crew engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience managing cabin crew operations.
- Strong knowledge of cabin crew operations, airline regulations, and fatigue management principles.
- Significant cabin crew experience in supervisory or senior purser roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
