Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate calibration, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of measuring instruments and equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements during all calibration procedures.
- Document all calibration results, including out-of-tolerance conditions and adjustments, maintaining comprehensive records.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in instrumentation, implementing corrective actions promptly.
- Collaborate with operations and quality assurance teams to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime.
Requirements
- Technical Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Calibration Technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing various calibration tools, software, and test equipment.
- Solid understanding of metrology principles, uncertainty analysis, and international calibration standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and circuit diagrams.
