Key Responsibilities

• Answer, record, log, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Operate telephone switchboard station and process guest requests efficiently.
• Monitor busy lines and relay messages accurately and legibly.
• Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Follow company policies, maintain a clean appearance, and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No related work experience required.
• Ability to speak using clear and professional language.
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds.
