Key Responsibilities
- Lead and command A320 aircraft, ensuring flight safety.
- Conduct flight operations in compliance with regulations.
- Mentor and guide First Officers and other crew members.
- Maintain operational standards and adhere to company policies.
- Ensure efficient and effective flight operations.
Requirements
- Valid Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
- Extensive experience as a pilot on Airbus A320.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
