Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries professionally.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and cheque cashing accurately.
- Assist customers with account openings, closures, and updates.
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and reconcile discrepancies.
- Follow security procedures for safeguarding cash and confidential information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Prior experience in customer service, cashiering, or banking is preferred.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily transaction targets.
