Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy to support commercial goals and sales targets.
- Analyze market dynamics, customer trends, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and leadership to implement go-to-market strategies.
- Drive brand awareness through integrated campaigns, digital initiatives, and high-quality marketing content.

Requirements
- Bachelor or master’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in category, product, or brand management.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a track record of driving category growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and data analysis tools.
