    Key Responsibilities

    • Administer and manage all compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
    • Conduct salary and benefits surveys to ensure competitive market positioning within the industry.
    • Prepare and process payroll data accurately and ensure timely disbursement.
    • Advise employees and management on all C&B related matters and inquiries.
    • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of new C&B initiatives and strategies.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a C&B Officer or in a similar HR role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
    • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and market trends.
    • Familiarity with Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
