Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage all compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct salary and benefits surveys to ensure competitive market positioning within the industry.
- Prepare and process payroll data accurately and ensure timely disbursement.
- Advise employees and management on all C&B related matters and inquiries.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new C&B initiatives and strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a C&B Officer or in a similar HR role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and market trends.
- Familiarity with Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
