Key Responsibilities
- Vigilantly monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activities or incidents.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to security alerts, coordinating with on-site security personnel as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of all observed activities, incidents, and system malfunctions.
- Operate and manage various surveillance software and hardware effectively.
- Communicate critical information clearly and concisely to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure the operational readiness and functionality of all CCTV equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CCTV operator or in a similar security monitoring role.
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting CCTV systems and related software.
- Strong observational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a high level of vigilance.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound judgments under pressure or in emergency situations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Spanish.
- Availability to work full-time, including various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
