Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire tender and bid submission process from initial identification to final submission.
- Prepare comprehensive, accurate, and compliant proposals for photovoltaic projects.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, technical, legal, and finance teams to gather all necessary information.
- Ensure the timely submission of all tender documents and related correspondence.
- Monitor the outcomes of submitted tenders and analyze results for continuous process improvement.
- Maintain and update a robust database of all tender opportunities, submissions, and relevant documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Proven professional experience of 3+ years in tender management or bid preparation, preferably within the energy or technical sector.
- Strong understanding of public and private procurement processes and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools.
