Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate comprehensive nursing care for patients in the Infectious Disease Clinic.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of nurses, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
  • Implement and monitor effective infection control policies and procedures.
  • Manage patient flow, including admissions, discharges, and treatment plan execution.
  • Collaborate inter-departmentally with physicians and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain meticulous patient records and ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Requirements

  • Valid professional nursing license and eligibility to practice in the UAE.
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with significant exposure to infectious diseases or a similar specialty.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities in a hospital setting.
  • Strong understanding of infection control and prevention principles.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a demanding and fast-paced clinical environment.
