Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily nursing operations and patient care activities.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, and comfort are maintained.
- Lead and supervise nursing staff, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
- Manage medication administration, treatment plans, and patient documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
- Handle patient admissions, discharges, and transfers efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification.
- Valid professional nursing license to practice in the United Arab Emirates.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a charge nurse or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage stressful situations calmly and maintain professional conduct.
