Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all operations within the grill and meat cooking section. Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation for all grilled items. Oversee the proper preparation, cooking, and storage of various meat products. Train, mentor, and guide junior kitchen staff on grill techniques and safety. Maintain strict adherence to hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety regulations. Collaborate with the head chef on menu development and special events.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, with a strong focus on grill and meat cooking. Comprehensive knowledge of various cooking methods and culinary techniques.
