Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a section of the dining room, ensuring impeccable guest service and satisfaction.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, offering recommendations as needed.
  • Serve dishes and drinks, adhering to established service standards and presentation guidelines.
  • Assist in setting up and clearing tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and other front-of-house staff for smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de rang or a similar supervisory role in a high-end restaurant.
  • Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service techniques, including wine service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences.
  • Proficiency in French and English is required; additional languages are a significant advantage.
