Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets for executive management.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
• Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies to safeguard company assets.
• Collaborate with project teams to monitor financial performance of construction projects.
• Manage external audits and ensure timely submission of statutory filings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior accounting or Chief Accountant role, preferably within the construction or real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team.
