Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support the company’s rapid growth and expansion.
- Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to ensure the fiscal stability of the organization.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive management and board.
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities to drive business performance and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, reporting standards, and corporate governance requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer or in a similar senior financial leadership role, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong background in financial management, preferably within the engineering, consulting, or IT services sectors.
- Expertise in strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive risk management.
- Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with experience managing diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and corporate governance best practices.
