• Manage both fiat and token-based treasury structures.
• Lead financial reporting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Build compliance frameworks, audit readiness, and investor reporting.
• Support fundraising, board materials, and investor due diligence.
• Design scalable financial processes ahead of rapid organisational growth.

Requirements

• Prior experience as CFO or senior finance lead in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of Web3, token economics, and digital-asset accounting.
• Experience operating across international regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional financial modelling and reporting discipline.
• Comfortable building processes from scratch in a lean environment.
