Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with Globbing’s global expansion goals.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury.
  • Ensure robust financial reporting, compliance with international standards, and strong internal controls.
  • Provide strategic financial leadership and insights to the executive team and board.
  • Manage capital allocation, investment decisions, and investor relations.
  • Drive financial performance optimization and risk management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA/ACCA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles, with at least 5 years as a CFO.
  • Demonstrated experience in international finance, e-commerce, or logistics industries is highly advantageous.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel modeling.
