Magic is seeking a Chief of Staff to support a Brand Manager in a remote, freelance capacity. The role focuses on ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting high-level growth initiatives within a fast-growing e-commerce brand consolidator. The ideal candidate will proactively address bottlenecks and ensure reliable execution across various functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage 3PL relationships, track inventory, and oversee shipments.
- Own the Brand Manager’s calendar and coordinate meetings.
- Create, manage, and revise POs for customers and 3PLs.
- Track initiatives in Notion and manage timelines.
- Manage Instagram comments/DMs and handle product complaints.
- Coordinate UGC and content creation.
Requirements
- 2+ years supporting e-commerce brands.
- 1+ year hands-on experience as a Shopify admin.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work M–F, 8am–5pm PST.
