    TALENTMATE is seeking a Chief of Staff to support a fast-growing e-commerce brand. This remote freelance role will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, allowing leadership to focus on high-level growth. The ideal candidate will remove bottlenecks, spot issues proactively, and ensure reliable execution across logistics, admin, CX, and reporting.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage 3PL relationships, track inventory, and oversee shipments.
    • Own the Brand Manager’s calendar; schedule and prepare meetings.
    • Create, manage, and revise POs for customers and 3PL; create and revise invoices.
    • Track initiatives in Notion; manage timelines, owners, and blockers.
    • Manage Instagram comments/DMs; re-post tagged stories.
    • Coordinate UGC and content creation (mockups, AI tools); update pamphlets, sell sheets, and track creative flow; conduct research for blog content.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years supporting e-commerce brands.
    • 1+ year hands-on experience as a Shopify admin (orders/fulfillment/shipping).
    • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack; excellent English communication.
    • Ability to work M–F, 8am–5pm PST (40 hours/week).
    • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
