Key Responsibilities
- Translate executive vision into actionable projects and communication plans.
- Manage the executive operating cadence, including meetings and strategic off-sites.
- Serve as a primary point of coordination between the executive office and stakeholders.
- Drive and track progress on critical cross-functional projects.
- Define, monitor, and report on key organizational performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and implement processes to improve organizational efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in strategy, operations, or consulting.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Business or Finance preferred.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex information and develop clear solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with productivity tools and project management systems.
- Familiarity with CRM and financial reporting systems.
