Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the crypto exchange’s business objectives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a significant portion in a technology, fintech, or financial services environment.
• Proven track record in a Chief People Officer or equivalent senior executive HR role.
• Deep understanding of the crypto and blockchain industry landscape and its unique talent requirements.
• Exceptional strategic planning, organizational development, and change management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities with a focus on fostering a high-performance culture.
