    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and manage civil engineering aspects for a diverse portfolio of luxury real estate projects.
    • Ensure strict compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry safety standards.
    • Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and project managers to facilitate seamless project execution.
    • Review and meticulously approve engineering designs, plans, and technical specifications.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, quality control, and adherence to design.
    • Identify and promptly resolve complex technical issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
    • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, ideally within real estate development or luxury construction projects.
    • Strong foundational knowledge of construction materials, methods, structural analysis, and relevant building codes.
    • Proficiency in essential engineering software, including AutoCAD and structural analysis tools.
    • Demonstrated excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, multi-project environment while meeting deadlines.
