Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents and identify project requirements.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, rate analysis, and quantity take-offs.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Draft, review, and finalize contractual agreements.
• Support project teams in claims preparation and contract administration.
• Provide contractual advice and guidance to project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in contracts, tendering, or estimation in construction/civil engineering projects (GCC/UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and estimating software.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
