Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all civil fit-out construction activities on-site.
- Ensure that projects adhere to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage and lead a team of site personnel, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, schedule, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any on-site issues or discrepancies.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Civil Foreman, specifically in fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to site challenges.
- Valid UAE driving license and ability to work effectively in a demanding construction environment.
