Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections of civil construction work to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Monitor construction activities for adherence to safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting observations, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project progress.
• Verify the quality of materials and workmanship used in civil projects.
• Ensure all construction documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Civil Inspector, preferably in the Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, materials, and relevant local building codes and standards.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
• Effective communication and report-writing skills.
