Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all on-site civil and fit-out construction activities.
- Ensure project specifications, designs, and safety standards are strictly adhered to.
- Coordinate daily operations with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor work progress, quality of work, and ensure timely project completion.
- Manage site resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare comprehensive progress reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor, with specific expertise in fit-out projects.
- Strong understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental protocols.
- Problem-solving capabilities and ability to work effectively under pressure.
