Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on contractual claims and dispute resolution processes.
- Prepare and review claims submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
- Conduct forensic analysis of project delays and cost overruns.
- Assist clients in negotiations and mediation for claims settlement.
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks related to claims and disputes.
- Support project teams with contract interpretation and claims avoidance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in claims consultancy within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of various contract forms (e.g., FIDIC, NEC).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interpret complex contractual documents and provide clear advice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant professional qualification or certification is highly desirable.
