Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the classroom teacher in daily activities and lesson delivery.
• Assist students with learning tasks, group work, and individual needs.
• Prepare and organize classroom materials, resources, and learning stations.
• Supervise students during classroom activities, breaks, and transitions.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.
• Support the implementation of school policies and behavioral guidelines.
