Key Responsibilities

• Implement HEI Schools’ research-based, child-centred curriculum effectively.
• Foster the holistic development of children across social, emotional, physical, and cognitive domains.
• Encourage curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning in young children.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Collaborate with HEI mentors and colleagues for continuous professional development.
• Regularly assess and report on children’s progress and well-being.

Requirements

• Relevant educational qualification, preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, ideally within an early childhood setting.
• Demonstrated passion for child-centred learning and holistic development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and multicultural team.
• Commitment to the HEI Schools philosophy and educational methodology.
