Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture key client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding IFZA’s client base.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored business setup solutions.
- Stay updated on Free Zone regulations and market trends to advise clients effectively.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to foster long-term client loyalty.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client relationship management or business development, preferably within a Free Zone or business consulting environment.
- Strong understanding of UAE business setup processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, multicultural team.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet client engagement targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
