    Key Responsibilities

    • Offering an excellent customer experience by providing a seamless account opening process.
    • Reviewing and approving client applications according to specific regulations.
    • Verifying documents and completing extended ID checks, identifying potential risks.
    • Communicating effectively with clients to hasten and complete the verification process.
    • Maintaining a working knowledge of global compliance standards.
    • Working closely with other departments to provide accurate information on the status of new accounts.

    Requirements

    • Demonstrated experience working in a similar role, ideally in a bilingual environment.
    • Fluency in Arabic and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
    • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality even in busy times.
    • Strong customer focus and passion for providing excellent customer service.
    • Ability to complete tasks end to end with good time management.
