Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop client relationships within key growth sectors.

  • Partner with clients to understand their talent needs and provide bespoke recruitment solutions.
  • Leverage specialist sector knowledge to identify and engage top-tier candidates.
  • Develop and implement global recruitment campaigns.
  • Contribute to market intelligence and salary survey initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client partnership or business development within a recruitment setting.
  • Strong understanding of one or more HRsource’s specialist sectors (e.g., Digital, IT, FinTech, Luxury Retail).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills for market intelligence and strategic planning.
