Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop client relationships within key growth sectors.

- Partner with clients to understand their talent needs and provide bespoke recruitment solutions.
- Leverage specialist sector knowledge to identify and engage top-tier candidates.
- Develop and implement global recruitment campaigns.
- Contribute to market intelligence and salary survey initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client partnership or business development within a recruitment setting.
- Strong understanding of one or more HRsource’s specialist sectors (e.g., Digital, IT, FinTech, Luxury Retail).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills for market intelligence and strategic planning.
