Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs in digital assets.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Onboard new clients and ensure a seamless integration into Sygnum’s services.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client value and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions.
- Stay updated on digital asset market trends and regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably within financial services or digital assets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, and the broader financial markets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
