Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check-in guests in a courteous and efficient manner.

• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions.
• Operate the telephone system and direct calls appropriately.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
