Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of clinical nurses, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a clinical nursing role, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of patient care standards, clinical governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, tech-enabled healthcare environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and innovative healthcare practices.
- Relevant nursing license and certifications for practice in the UAE.
