Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies to maximize revenue.
- Lead and motivate the commercial team to achieve ambitious targets and market share.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships.
- Oversee marketing, branding, and promotional activities to position voco Dubai Monaco as a premier destination.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to inform commercial decisions.

Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably within luxury hospitality or leisure.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and business development for high-end destinations.
- Strong strategic planning, financial acumen, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entertainment-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
