Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial performance, sales management, or a similar role, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive strategic insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI software) and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
