Key Responsibilities
- Install and repair commercial roofing systems, including single-ply, built-up, and modified bitumen.
- Conduct thorough inspections and preventative maintenance on existing roofing structures.
- Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot roofing issues such such as leaks and structural damage.
- Operate and maintain a variety of roofing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strictly adhere to all company safety regulations and construction site policies.
- Maintain precise records of all work performed, materials used, and project progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Technician or similar role.
- Solid understanding of various commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Ability to work comfortably at heights and in diverse weather conditions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to different job sites as required.
- Strong commitment to upholding safety practices and procedures.
