Key Responsibilities

• Maintain good employee relations and motivate colleagues.
• Keep the section clean and tidy, adhering to quality standards.
• Follow company safety and security policies, reporting any incidents.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Assist in the production of mise-en-place and distribution of food items.
• Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety regulations, including HACCP policies.

Requirements

• Hospitality Qualification Achieved.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• 1 year in a similar position in a five-star hotel.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in teams.
• Good product knowledge and HACCP control knowledge.
