Monitor and analyze changes in regulatory landscapes relevant to IT Services and Gambling. Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of compliance controls. Provide expert guidance and training to staff on compliance requirements and best practices. Investigate and resolve any identified compliance issues or breaches promptly. Collaborate closely with legal, risk management, and operational teams. Requirements Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a similar regulatory role for 5+ years. Deep understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements, especially in IT and gambling. Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex regulations and implement solutions. High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and discretion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
