Provide expert advisory services on policy, economics, and social fields related to public administration. Ensure a participatory approach, collaborating with national and local institutions and communities. Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable development strategies. Apply interdisciplinary methods and innovative approaches to complex project challenges. Oversee project quality and adherence to ethical standards and competitive practices. Requirements Demonstrated senior-level experience in public administration reform or related consulting. Proven ability to lead and deliver complex development projects successfully. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
