Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze changes in regulatory landscapes relevant to IT Services and Gambling.
- Conduct regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of compliance controls.
- Provide expert guidance and training to staff on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Investigate and resolve any identified compliance issues or breaches promptly.
- Collaborate closely with legal, risk management, and operational teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a similar regulatory role for 5+ years.
- Deep understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements, especially in IT and gambling.
- Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex regulations and implement solutions.
- High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple compliance projects efficiently.
