Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor changes in local and international regulatory frameworks affecting the insurance sector.
- Conduct regular compliance reviews and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Provide expert advice and training to staff on compliance matters and ethical conduct.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements (e.g., CBB rules) and international compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and implement practical solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CCO, ACAMS, ICA) are highly desirable.
